This Privacy Policy describes how Antonio Balandi LLC (doing business as Antonio Balandi Fitness, "ABF," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and protects information you provide through antoniobalandifitness.com (the “Site”) and through the ABF Fitness mobile application (the “App”). It applies to both.
We collect information you provide directly to us, including:
If you use the App — as a coaching client or with an account you create yourself — we also collect what you enter there:
The App does not collect your precise location, does not contain third-party advertising or analytics SDKs, and does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with trusted service providers necessary to operate the business:
Each of these providers is bound by contract to process your information only as needed to provide their service to us, and to protect it to a standard equal to or greater than the protection described in this policy and required by applicable law. None of them is permitted to use your information for their own purposes, to sell it, or to use it for advertising. We have no parent company, subsidiaries, or affiliated entities with access to your data.
The App lets you connect with other people who use it by exchanging a short friend code. Nobody can find you by your name, email address, or phone number, and nobody can connect with you unless you give them your code. You can generate a new code at any time, which immediately stops the old one working, and you can remove a connection at any time — removing it stops you both seeing each other.
Someone you are connected with can see only the following:
They cannot see your body weight, your body measurements, your goals, your check-in answers, your workout photos, your journal, your intake form, your messages with your coach, or anything read from Apple Health.
Someone you are connected with can message you. Adding each other opens a private one-to-one thread between the two of you. Nobody who is not connected to you can start one. Removing the connection closes it, and you can block someone at any time, which stops them messaging you, seeing you, or connecting with you again.
The App has communities — group chats around a kind of training. Some are public and anybody using the App can join them; others are private and need a code or an invitation from someone already in them.
Anything you post in a community is visible to every member of it. That means your first name, your profile photo, your messages, any photo you post, your reactions and the fact that you joined. A public community is not a private space: treat what you post there as something strangers can read. You can leave a community at any time, and you can hide or mute one without leaving.
Challenges work the same way. If you join one, the other people in it can see your first name and your score, which is counted from the workouts and check-ins you log — not the workouts themselves. If you claim a milestone, they can also see the day you say you did it and any note or photo you attach to the claim.
You can ask a friend to train a session with you from your own calendar, and they can ask you. Only people you are connected with can be invited, and only people you are connected with can invite you.
Everybody invited to a session can see the same things: what the session is called, the day, the time, the place you typed in, any note you added, and the first names of the people who have said yes. Nobody is told who declined. We suggest naming a gym or a park rather than your home address, and whatever you type in that field is shown to everybody you invite.
If you accept an invitation, you can then see the exercises for that one session — the movements, sets, reps and loads — so that you know what you are turning up to. This is read-only, it is limited to that single session, and it is shown only after you accept: somebody who has merely been invited cannot see it. Nothing else about that person’s training programme is shared, in either direction.
You can say no, change your answer later, or cancel a session you organised. Cancelling tells everybody who had said yes. Removing a connection or blocking someone stops them inviting you.
Every photo is checked before it is posted to a community, a direct message or a challenge. A photo that does not pass the check is not posted, and a photo that cannot be checked is not posted either. Posting sexual, violent or otherwise inappropriate imagery gets the account suspended while we look at it.
You can report any message or any person from inside the App, and you can block someone. A report sends us the content you are reporting, who posted it and what you told us about why, so that we can act on it. Blocking someone is immediate and does not tell them.
We do not use third-party advertising networks, analytics SDKs, or data brokers.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our legal rights, or to prevent harm.
The App can read a limited set of activity data from Apple Health so that your check-in fills itself in and your coach can see how your week actually went. This is entirely optional. The App works without it, and it is off until you grant permission.
We read only these data types from your device, and only for the days covered by your check-ins:
Access is read-only. The App never writes data into Apple Health.
How this data is used: it populates your check-in, it is shown to you in the App, and it is visible to your assigned ABF coach so they can program for you. That is all. We do not use Apple Health data for advertising, marketing, or any use-based data mining. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with any third party for their own purposes. It is not stored in iCloud.
You can revoke access at any time on your iPhone under Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → ABF Fitness. Revoking access stops all further reading immediately. Apple Health readings already saved to a submitted check-in remain part of that check-in unless you delete your account or ask us to remove them.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. All payment data is handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment processor. Health and intake information is stored securely and accessed only by Antonio Balandi.
You have the right to:
To exercise these rights, email privacy@antoniobalandifitness.com. We respond within 30 days.
If you use the App, you can delete your account yourself at any time under More → Delete account. No email required. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, check-ins, logged weights and measurements, workout history, goals, intake and health history, progress photos, workout photos, your friend code and every connection made with it, and Apple Health readings we stored. This cannot be undone.
It also removes everything you posted in the App’s social features: your messages and photos in every community, your reactions and mentions, your membership of every community, your place in every challenge and any milestone claim you made, including its photo. Your one-to-one message threads are deleted for both people, because a thread with a deleted account cannot be used. A challenge you started is taken down for everybody in it. A community you created is handed to its longest-standing member, so the people still in it keep their room and somebody can still act on a report there; if nobody else is in it, it is deleted with your account.
Two things are not deleted with your account, because they are not yours: messages other members wrote, and any report somebody else filed about you, which we keep as a safety record.
You can also delete your account by emailing us, and we will do it for you.
You can download a copy of everything we hold about you, as a single JSON file, under More → Your data → Export my data in the App, or by emailing us.
California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information).
ABF services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account in the App, because the App lets members message each other and post in shared communities. Guest sessions involving minors aged 13–17 require a parent or legal guardian to sign the Guest Session Waiver before participation.
This website uses minimal technical cookies necessary for site functionality. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
Information shared during personal training, in communications, or via our content is not medical advice. Always consult a qualified medical professional before beginning any new exercise or nutrition program.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
