About

I built ABF for the people who don’t know where to start.

If the gym feels like a room where everyone is watching you, we start somewhere else — your own home gym, or beside me until it stops feeling that way.

My Story

The problem was never the workout. It was everything around it.

I’ve been training people for two years and training myself for over twelve. That gap matters: I spent a long time on the other side of it, learning the room before I ever coached anyone in it.

I trained on the floor at 24 Hour Fitness through 2025 and into 2026, and two reasons came up again and again for why someone finally walked in. The first was confidence — they were afraid of the gym and certain everyone was watching them. The second was a doctor. They’d put fitness aside for so long that someone in a white coat told them they couldn’t wait any longer.

Those two reasons are the whole business. I want to give people their confidence back, and I want to reach them long before a doctor has to make the call for them.

Working the floor also taught me why people stop, and it isn’t willpower. It’s confidence, or it’s a life so full that fitness quietly slid to the bottom of the list. Nobody decides to stop training. They just keep deprioritising it until the habit is gone.

Not training doesn’t hurt today. It accumulates. The bill arrives twenty years from now, as a body that can’t do what you want it to.

That’s the part I most want to teach, because it’s the part that doesn’t feel urgent. Nothing is wrong right now, so there’s no alarm going off — and that’s exactly why it’s worth starting now rather than at the age when someone else tells you to.

So we train where you’ll actually show up. In your own home gym if you have one. At O’Malley’s if you don’t, where I meet you at the door and you don’t do a single set alone until the room stops being intimidating. And you get a check-in every week and a full reassessment every four to six weeks, because the other thing the floor taught me is what happens when nobody follows up.

Before we start

There are three kinds of people in a gym. Which one are you?

I’d rather ask this now than find out in month two. Answer it honestly — nobody is marking you.

01

Excited to be there, ready to go.

You want the work. You just want someone to point it in the right direction so the effort actually goes somewhere.

Let’s go
02

Complains the whole way through — and does it anyway.

You’ll tell me you hate this. Then you’ll finish every set. Honestly, this is most of my favourite clients.

Welcome
03

There, and doesn’t want to be.

Somebody else decided you should be doing this. You’re waiting out the hour. No program fixes that, and I’m not going to pretend otherwise.

I’m not built for you

If you’re the first two, I want to work with you — and being nervous doesn’t make you the third. Nervous is normal, and it’s most of what I do. The third one isn’t about fear. It’s about not wanting it. Come back when you do, and I’ll still be here.

The Method

Four pillars, one outcome: you, but better.

This isn't just about lifting heavier or running faster. Real change happens when fitness, nutrition, fasting, and mindset all move in the same direction.

01 / Fitness

Strength & movement.

Strength training, mobility work, and conditioning programmed around YOUR body, YOUR history, and YOUR goals. Every session is personalized — no generic workouts pulled off a template.

02 / Nutrition

Sustainable & real.

Real-world nutrition you can actually live with. We work with what's in your kitchen, what your family eats, and what fits your day — not a six-page meal plan you'll abandon in two weeks.

03 / Fasting

Smart & evidence-based.

Fasting protocols to sharpen energy, accelerate fat loss, and improve recovery. Tailored to your schedule and starting point — no extreme rules, no gimmicks.

04 / Mental Focus

Mindset & identity.

The mindset and identity work that makes the physical work stick. Because the strongest body in the world doesn't matter if your head isn't in it.

Who I Train

If you've said any of these out loud, we should talk.

These are the conversations I had over and over on the gym floor, before anyone’s first session. If they sound like yours, you’re not alone — and you’re not stuck.

"

"I keep starting and stopping."

You've tried gyms, apps, programs. Nothing sticks because nothing was built for your actual life. We change that.

"

"I don't have time."

You don't need 90 minutes and a babysitter. You need 60 minutes, a coach at your door, and a program designed around your schedule.

"

"I don't know what I'm doing."

That's literally my job. You don't need to figure it out. Show up, follow the plan, and trust the process.

"

"It's too late for me."

It’s not. Show me the rule that says it is. The people I’ve seen change the most started in their 50s and 60s, long after they’d written themselves off. You’re not the exception.
