Three, six or twelve months — billed monthly, never upfront. In-person is two 90-minute sessions a week — in your own home gym, or at O’Malley’s in Beaverton on your own membership. Capped at five clients. Online is Zoom check-ins and daily tracking, anywhere. Thirty days to walk if it isn’t working.
Every in-person term is the same delivery — three training sessions and one check-in each week, in your own home gym or at O’Malley’s in Beaverton. What changes is how far the programming can go. I hold five in-person slots. That’s the whole roster.
Ideal for someone already training who has stalled. You know your way around a gym, you just stopped moving forward. One focused training block and a plan you can actually progress on.
Ideal for someone who has been on and off for years with nothing to show for it. Long enough to build and then peak, which is where the change you can see actually happens.
Ideal for someone starting from scratch who is giving themselves a real year. A full annual cycle — build, peak, deload, build again. Nobody changes their life in eight weeks.
Month to month — $1,450/mo, no term, cancel with 30 days’ notice · Couples train at 1.5× the rate · Pay in full and one month is free on the 6 and 12-month terms · Training at O’Malley’s? You’ll carry their membership, about $45/mo, paid to the gym
Thirty-minute Zoom check-ins, a program written by me, and daily tracking I actually read — food, workouts, sleep, steps. Not an app that spits out a template. No cap on how many online clients I take.
Ideal for someone training on their own who wants a coach’s eyes on it. Programming that moves, and a call every week to keep it honest.
Ideal for someone who keeps restarting. Six months is long enough to build and peak, and long enough for the habits to stop being effort.
Ideal for someone brand new who wants the most contact for the lowest rate. Twice the calls of any other tier, and a full year to change how you live.
Month to month — $425/mo, cancel with 30 days’ notice · Pay in full and one month is free on the 6 and 12-month terms
You should not sign a six-month agreement with someone you have never trained with. So don’t. Pay for one, see how it goes, and decide after.
In person is 75 minutes: a full movement assessment, a real training session, and a written plan you keep whether or not you come back.
Online is a 45-minute Zoom: your goals, a movement screen over video, and a two-week starter program written for you.
It costs more than a session inside a term, and that is deliberate — you are paying for one-off access with nothing behind it. If you start a term, you get all of it back.
You get the same amount of me on every term. What a longer term buys is programming that can actually go somewhere, and support that gets closer as you go.

These terms are real commitments and I’d rather you read them here than find them in a contract. Nothing below is buried.
Whatever term you pick, it’s billed month by month on a card on file. You never hand over the full amount at signing unless you choose to — and if you do, one month is free.
Oregon gives you three days from signing to cancel in writing with no penalty and a full refund. That right is yours whatever the contract says.
Inside your first 30 days you can walk with nothing further owed. You keep the month you trained; there’s no fee and no argument. If it isn’t working, I’d rather know early.
Either of us can end it with 30 days’ written notice. You pay for that last month and nothing more. No exit fee, no buyout, no chasing you. If less than 30 days remain, you only pay what’s left.
Injury or travel: pause up to two weeks on a 3-month term, four weeks on 6 or 12. Your term extends by however long you were out, so nothing disappears. Injuries I treat more generously than holidays.
Two 90-minute sessions a week needs equipment that can keep loading you, and I don’t haul a gym around — a few dumbbells in a car doesn’t build anyone past month two. So either you already have a home gym (a rack or dumbbells that go heavy enough to keep loading you, a bench, and clear floor) and I train you in it at no extra cost, or we train at O’Malley’s in Beaverton and you carry your own membership there, about $45 a month paid to the gym, not to me. That is far cheaper than guest passes at two sessions a week, and you can use the gym on your own days too. Not sure whether your setup counts? Send photos on the discovery call and I’ll tell you straight.
A one-time onboarding fee on every tier. It covers seven days of baseline tracking, a full assessment, and your first program — all built before your first session.
Give me a day’s notice and we’ll reschedule. Less than that and the session counts as done — I’ve already blocked the travel and turned down the slot.
I can end an agreement on 30 days’ notice and refund anything unused. If I move out of the area, your in-person term converts to online at the online rate rather than just ending.
No upcharges, no surprises. Every tier is built on the same foundation.
A gym, a trainer, a nutrition coach, and an accountability app — separately — cost more and don't talk to each other. ABF is all of it, from one coach.
Show up — do your sessions and your check-ins — and if you don't feel stronger and clearer on your plan after your first month, I'll refund that month in full. No forms, no hard feelings. The risk is mine, not yours.
